A Little Luxury Korean Barbecue-Gyukaku

I will  write about a Korean barbecue shop that I seldom go to. However, I think you know this shop because there are many locations in Japan. The shop's name is Gyukaku. I went to Yokohama Kitasaiwai store this time. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station. Gyukaku serves Korean barbecue. We can choose all-you-can-eat or a la carte. If you order all-you-can-eat, you can choose all-you-can-drink. Alcohol drinks are included on the menu and the price is 1000 yen. I think all-you-can-eat and all-you can drink are a more reasonable price than a la carte. I want to write about an interesting noodles shop. The shop's name is Burabura.  It is located in Yokohama. It takes about 8 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station. Burabura provide Oil Noodles. Oil Noodles is like ramen without soup. The shop's explanation of how to eat the noodles is only written in Japanese. So I will write the shop's recommendation how to eat in English. There are seven steps to enjoying your meal. If you follow these steps, you can eat more delicious Oil Noodles. I topped my noodles with soft-boiled egg and corn this time. First, you stir it. Kaeshi is the bottom of the noodles served in the bowl. Kaeshi is a flavor which is based soy. Then you eat it as it is. Second, add garlic as little as possible.As Kaeshi's taste is enough, I think garlic isn't necessary.Third, be careful when you add red pepper into your Oil Noodles, Fourth, vinegar can change the taste and improve the noodles....
