Oil Noodles Burabura-I think it is Noodles Revolution
I want to write about an interesting noodles shop. The shop's name is Burabura. It is located in Yokohama. It takes about 8 minutes on foot from Yokohama Station.
Burabura provide Oil Noodles. Oil Noodles is like ramen without soup. The shop's explanation of how to eat the noodles is only written in Japanese. So I will write the shop's recommendation how to eat in English. There are seven steps to enjoying your meal. If you follow these steps, you can eat more delicious Oil Noodles.
I topped my noodles with soft-boiled egg and corn this time.
First, you stir it. Kaeshi is the bottom of the noodles served in the bowl. Kaeshi is a flavor which is based soy. Then you eat it as it is. Second, add garlic as little as possible. As Kaeshi's taste is enough, I think garlic isn't necessary.Third, be careful when you add red pepper into your Oil Noodles, Fourth, vinegar can change the taste and improve the noodles. Fifth, add chopped onions. The chopped onions are very fresh so they are very sweet. I always add too much. Sixth, enjoy the chicken soup that is in the Japanese-style pot that is inyour table. If you finish your meal, you pour the soup into your bowl. Most customers do it so I want you to try it. Finally, put rice into the soup. It is Ochazuke which is a Japanese-style way to finish up a meal.
These processes use many seasoning, but you don't have to worry about it. Burabura prepares these seasoning on all table except for rice. If you want to do final process, you have to order rice.
The Oil Noodles are very reasonable. So I want you to try it!
